1. Who Can Use Friday

Friday is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. By using Friday, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

If you are accessing Friday from Nigeria, the United States, or any other jurisdiction, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local laws and regulations.

2. What Friday Is (and Is Not)

Friday is a financial research and intelligence tool. It provides data, analysis, screening, alerts, and AI-generated insights to help users conduct their own investment research.

Friday is not a licensed investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Nothing on Friday constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer or solicitation to invest.

All content on Friday is provided for informational and research purposes only. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make. Always do your own due diligence.

3. Your Account

To access Friday's full features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when registering
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users.

4. Data We Collect and How We Use It

By using Friday, you agree to the collection and use of the following types of data:

• Account information: email address, name, and authentication credentials
• Portfolio and watchlist data you voluntarily enter into the platform
• Usage data: how you interact with Friday, features you use, and queries you submit

We use this data to operate and improve the platform, personalize your experience, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

A full Privacy Policy governing data collection and processing will be published separately. By using Friday, you acknowledge that data processing is necessary to provide the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Friday to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract Friday's underlying data, models, or systems
• Circumvent any access controls, authentication mechanisms, or usage limits
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• Use the platform in any way that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with its operation
• Impersonate any person or entity

Automated access to Friday (bots, scrapers, or scripts) is not permitted without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and technology on the Friday platform are owned by or licensed to Friday. This includes but is not limited to the Friday name, logo, AI models, interface design, and original content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Friday for your personal, non-commercial research purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Friday content without our express written permission.

Market data displayed on Friday may be sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective terms. Friday does not claim ownership of underlying financial data.

7. Third-Party Data and Accuracy

Friday sources market data, financial statements, and other information from third-party providers. While we work to ensure data quality, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the platform.

Friday may include AI-generated analysis and insights. These are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for any financial decision.

8. Availability and Changes to the Service

Friday is currently in early access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice. We will endeavour to communicate significant changes where possible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Friday after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Friday is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Friday and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any investment losses or financial harm arising from use of the platform
• Inaccuracies or errors in data, analysis, or AI-generated content
• Loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Friday

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Friday shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

If you access Friday from outside Nigeria, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
